Your Role and Responsibilities:

As an Associate Business Consultant at IBM, you will work on some of the most strategic and visible projects, contributing across a cross functional team to bring successful outcomes for your team and the client.

- Managing complex client environments through a startup mindset – working directly with the client top management and board.
- Be part of one of the region’s best problem-solving groups that works deep in Industry and functional domains to solve some of the most challenging client and industry issues.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

We are looking for entry level candidates equipped with below expertise:

- Good Analytical skill and innovative approach to problems
- Ability to lead, to influence and to collaborate with others to achieve goal
- Self-motivation to learn new solution and capable to communicate with technology topic
- Ability to work under pressure, independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Less than 2-year full-time working experience
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin communication.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise:

- Consulting firm internship experiences
- Market research and industry analysis experience
- Have basic concept about IT system and familiar with technology trends in ABCDE (AI, Blockchain, Cloud, Data and Experience)

Travel Required:Up to 100% or 5 days a week (home on weekends – based on project requirements)
