PicCollage is looking for a Sr. Visual/Content Designer to help lead, curate and strategize for content on the PicCollage app through a design lens. This role demands a blend of creative skills, management capabilities, and the ability to be a liaison between different departments. It's a diverse position that requires a balance between strategic thinking, creative ideation, and effective team collaboration.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead projects and strategize through a design-focused lens.
• Provide art direction to ensure the visual aspects align with the overall goals.
• Coach and support designers in their roles and responsibilities.

Bridge between Content and Cross-Function Teams

• Collaborate with Marketing to generate content based on user feedback and consumer research.
• Take the lead in ideating original content concepts that drive and advocate for product enhancements
• Act as a representative of the Content team, liaising and communicating with other teams including PMs and developers.
• Participate in strategic planning meetings and facilitate the implementation of strategies.
• Lead and represent content initiatives and structure teams to achieve goals.

• 5+ years professional visual design, content curation.
• Proficient in Adobe CC(Illustrator and Photoshop) and Figma.
• Fluent in English(written & verbal).
• Specialized in US consumer market.

Collaboration & Communication

• Strong collaborative team player, enjoys brainstorming and critiquing with fellow designers.
• Proficient in visual, written, and verbal communication, adept in presentations; listens effectively, gives feedback, and works well both collaboratively and autonomously.

Design Skillset

• Strong design curation and critique skills.
• Ability to research and form concepts quickly.

Design Management

• Proficient in project management, leading small teams(1-3), and working independently on projects.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, adept at task prioritization, progress communication, and meeting deadlines; possesses strong problem-solving abilities.

• Understand AI and interested in the potential of using AI to create better content.
  Strong scrapbooking and craft culture background.
