JOB DESCRIPTION

Amazon Global selling Taiwan-Seller Success Manager
We are looking for an energetic, analytical and results-driven manager with sales/account management experience to drive Taiwan-based sellers to facilitate their Seller success effect. The Seller Success Manager will be responsible for supporting the TW sales/account management team on executing onboarding task to achieve high quality launch, coordinating demand from cross-functional team to develop scalable 1-to-many mechanism, responsible for accurate data/report criteria to work with internal team, and drive initiatives/projects which can benefit the whole business. The support scope will cover TW sellers' existing businesses on Amazon NA/JP/EU, including listing creation process, training resource integration, technical issues coordination, and working with cross-team on identifying the opportunities through project development.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to help shape and execute a strategy to build relationship with internal sales team and supporting team, as well as connect with related external partners and service providers. You will possess customer facing skills that allow you to represent Amazon Global Selling and Amazon Business within a customer’s environment and drive discussions. You should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges.

Roles and Responsibilities
· As a key member of the business team, ensure success in building and developing strategic relationship with all internal stakeholders and external partners.
· Keep high level communication with external partners and sellers of all size on Amazon platform and participate in deep business discussions to ensure solutions are designed and promoted to sellers.
· Conduct training sessions or presentations to transfer key messages to service providers and sellers.
· Identify features that are key to the Great China market, drive business requirements and work with international stakeholders to prioritize and implement these business strategies.
· Build and optimize process in company to drive business growth.
· The main performance measurement of this role will be: Business growth metrics driven by onboarding and seller success mechanism; Process optimized and efficiency improved; Efficiency of project delivery, Customer and partner loyalty to Amazon.
· Work with global peers to optimize the processes and improve efficiency.

Basic Qualifications
· 5+ years business development or project management background
· Strong organization and project management skills
· High level of comfort communicating effectively across internal and external organizations
· Strong written communication skills; this role will require the creation of content such as whitepapers and other written deliverables
· Presentation skills; high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences
· Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
· Very solid business sense
· Very good English and Chinese language capability
· Strong analytical ability with reporting generation and analyzing.
· Background and understanding of technologies of ERP and API scope(such as PHP, C#, JAVA etc), knowledge to look into related document and coordinated with internal team on seeking for solution.
Preferred Qualifications
· The ideal candidate will have a track record of managing and troubleshooting data integration projects or sales operation experience.
· Experience with Web Services APIs (AWS, MWS, FWS) will be preferred
