Responsibilities
- 領導和管理開發團隊，提供在軟體開發生命周期中的指導、動力和支援。
- 與跨職能團隊合作，包括設計師和產品經理，定義項目要求，確保順利執行。
- 設計和開發可擴展和堅固的軟體應用，遵守最佳實踐和編碼標準。
- 進行代碼審查，識別改進的領域，指導初級開發者提升其技術能力。
- 跟蹤行業最新趨勢、技術和框架，並在開發團隊中推動創新。
Requirements
- 學歷要求：資訊科學、軟體工程或相關領域的學士或碩士學位。
- 工作經驗：具備8年以上全端工程師經驗，並熟悉Linux、Apache/Nginx、PHP、MySQL。
- 技術要求：熟悉HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript/React、Laravel框架/Docker/Git、AWS、單元測試、CI/CD。
- 其他技能：具備RESTful API設計和整合經驗。
- 資料庫與建模：具備穩固的關聯式和NoSQL資料庫以及資料建模理解。
- 版本控制：瞭解版本控制系統，如Git。
- 開發環境：有在敏捷/Scrum開發環境中工作的經驗。
