我們正積極尋找 1 位【行銷企劃實習生 Marketing & Communication intern】加入行銷團隊，透過你兼具敏銳與天馬行空的創意行銷手法，與我們一起推廣更多不同面向的異業合作、數位行銷與專案執行！
▌行銷企劃實習生會需要做哪些事呢？
- 【KOL 合作 - 60%】
- KOL 研究、聯繫、合作細節溝通
- KOL 研究、聯繫、合作細節溝通
- 【SEO & 內容行銷操作 - 40%】
- 寫手管理：撰寫文章大綱並管理寫手
- 優化與上架 SEO 文章：以 SEO 邏輯編修、上架文章於 CakeResume 文章資源專區
- 專訪文章撰寫（1篇／月）
- EDM 發想與執行
Requirements
▌我們希望你具備以下基本條件
- 具備流暢且邏輯良好的中文書寫能力
- 熟悉 CakeResume 的產品及服務
- 具備良好的溝通協調能力（口語＆書寫），可清楚表達個人邏輯思路
- 目標導向且具自發性，能夠兼顧效率與品質，高度掌握時程進度並主動溝通
- 一週能配合實習至少 3 天，並以能夠實習至少 6 個月者優先 ( 前 2 個月至少進公司 2 天，之後可彈性遠端 )
- 能夠與我們配合 6 個月以上者優先篩選
▌如果你具備以下加分條件，會很棒！
- 具備 SEO 知識與操作經驗
- 具備行銷企劃相關經驗
- 具備公關或媒體產業實習經驗
- 社群媒體愛好者，並熟悉主流市場動向 ( 熟悉 Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, etc. )
- 具備相關社團經驗 ( ex. 系學會、學生會組織, etc. )
- 有經營自媒體者，例如部落格、Podcast、YouTube、相關社群等（請於應徵時附上你的作品）
Interview process
合適者將收到通知並進行以下完整面試流程：
- 30 分鐘的線上面試 ( Google Meet )
- 完成一份 pre-interview task（5 天內遞交）
- 60 分鐘的實體面試
