As a Sales Representative, you will communicate with customers and discuss/advocate the value of CakeResume Talent Services. You will provide ideas for how we can improve our product or enhance the customer experience.

In this role, you will manage new initiatives/experiments, while also managing stakeholders across many different functional teams in order to execute quickly and drive success. You will also work to develop business growth through campaigns, partner development, and marketing events.

You're self-driven, enthusiastic and passionate, with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in growing business. You have an analytical approach in sales and are able to work in complex environments. You also have excellent teamwork and multitasking skills.


Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed minimum requirements for the lead generation process and results measurements based on targeted KPI’s in order to ensure activity is sufficient to drive results.
  • Performs outbound lead prospecting and generation through phone calls and email communication.
  • Drives inbound lead process ensuring leads from tradeshows, webinars, website, and referrals are qualified and handed-off to sales in a timely manner.
  • Manage opportunities and work with cross-functional teams. 
  • Act as the primary customer contact for adoption-related activities.
  • Deliver against assigned strategic goals while prioritizing an excellent customer experience for our customers.
  • Drive business development, forecast accurately, and achieve strategic goals by leading customers through the business cycle.
  • Maintains the lead database within the CRM – ensuring that data is present, clean, and all communications are logged accordingly.
  • Supports generation of KPIs and reports, identifying issues or gaps and driving resolution in a timely manner
  • Partner with Business Development & Marketing teams and trusted CakeResume Partners in order to maximize business results and cultivate opportunities with businesses.


Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience selling and discussing Software as a Service, Marketing Services, Recruitment Services
  • Quick learner who is resourceful and driven to tackle hard problems in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Self-Starter who is determined to lead change and make a real impact
  • Great oral and written communication skills including making impactful decisions
  • Must have a strong attention to detail, be process oriented, and execution focused
  • Planning and organizational skills
  • Result-oriented, and always focus on driving results in a measurable way to ensure we stay focused on the highest impact initiatives
  • Love CakeResume and have passions in helping CakeResume grow to become a world's top recruitment brand.


Salary Package

  • Base + quarterly performance bonus

Interview process

There are three main stages in our interview process:

  1. Video call (60 mins - 1.5 hour screening)
  2. Take-home exercise & review
  3. Onsite interview (1.5 - 2 hours visiting)
