We are looking for a talented Brand Designer to enhance our official and online presence with eye-catching and professional graphic designs. As a Brand Designer at CakeResume, you will be working with different teams to determine design requirements, submit draft concepts for approval, and develop similar design prototypes for our other branded products to maximize our brand image and impression.

What will you be working on?

• 在充分理解 CakeResume 的品牌價值以及既有的 UI 設計系統後，制定 CakeResume 的品牌視覺設計系統，提升我們在各個行銷渠道上的視覺設計的一致性，並達到強化 CakeResume 品牌印象的效果。
• 與行銷、BD、產品、獵頭等團隊密切合作，透過你天馬行空的創意，打造符合 CakeResume 品牌風格的視覺設計
  • 社群行銷 ( Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc. )
  • CakeResume 一站式文章專區 ( Banner、文章內文圖片設計 )
  • 主視覺設計 ( 活動海報、廣告輸出物, etc. )

• 至少具備 3 年以上視覺設計經驗
• 熟悉 Adobe Illustrator、Photoshop、After Effects、Figma 等設計與影像處理軟體 ( 其他設計工具亦可 )
• 可獨立作業，也能有效地進行跨部門溝通
• 熱愛新創快步調環境

1. 30-minute Google Meet/phone call screening
2. Take-home exercise & review
3. 2-hour onsite interview ( including a group interview with the marketing team, and 1:1 interviews. )
