We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Marketing Design Intern (Indonesian). The ideal candidate should possess social media marketing skills and a great eye for design, a passion for social media, and a deep interest in various social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Youtube, Facebook, Twitter).

This internship is open for university students in their Junior/3rd year and Senior/4th year. Depending on work performance, this position might extend to a full-time position after graduation. Responsibilities:

• Plan and create social media content strategies on various platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create social media content across various platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter), which includes designing visuals & editing copies to adhere to CakeResume’s brand tone & the audience’s style
• Monitor and analyze social media content performance analytics to come up with optimization strategies and plans
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
• Research and brainstorm new ways/strategies for growth hacking in the Indonesian markets
• Assist in managing CakeResume’s current social media channels (mainly focusing on Instagram & LinkedIn; will support other channels such as TikTok, Youtube, and Twitter if necessary)

Qualifications:

• Have strong design skills & possess a keen eye for design
• Proficient in design software (including but not limited to Adobe PS, AI, AE, etc.) and Canva for team-working
• Excellent in communication and copywriting skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Have social media marketing & management knowledge/experience (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and/or TikTok, Youtube, Twitter)
• Able to juggle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Enjoy communicating with others and loves testing out different ideas or approaches to reach a goal
• Can commit for a minimum 6-month period and work min. 3 days/week
• Possess ability in video editing & the use of video editing software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Motion, etc.)

Bonus Qualifications:

• Proficiency in social media management tools (such as Meta Business Suite)
• Have knowledge about the HR industry or CV, interview, job search & career development-related knowledge
• Have creativity in coming up with ideas and strategies for marketing content or campaigns to explore and develop growth in a new market

Interview Process

Selected applicants can expect the following interview process:

1. Stage 1: 20 minutes phone interview
2. Stage 2: Pre-interview task (5 to 7-day deadline)
3. Stage 3: 60-90 minutes final interview conducted in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
