Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring that all of the firm's activities follow the necessary TCF rules and regulations, and that the firm complies with legal/regulatory boundaries and jurisdictions.
• Responsible for following established guidelines according to TCF local and Citi's policy.
• Expected to use independence of thought but to refer more complex problems to supervisors or other experts.
• Contribute to work flow or process change and redesign, and to form a basic understanding of the Citi digital platforms or Digital engagement.
• Appropriately assess TCF execution on business plan, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup.
• Strong sense of Client Obsessed.

Citi has entered into an agreement with DBS to acquire its consumer bank in Taiwan which includes credit cards, loans, retail banking, and wealth management. The sale is expected to complete in July 2023 . As this is a role to work in Citi’s consumer bank, the successful candidate will initially be employed by Citi, but on sale completion, their employment will transfer to DBS that will employ Citi’s consumer bank employees, prior to their transfer to DBS.

Qualifications:

• 3-7 years experience in Compliance and Control

Education:

• Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
