The Digital team in Taiwan is responsible for all digital products that interact directly with sports users and customers. Under the Digital team products scope, there is the E-Commerce-Marketplace, the Sport Service Platform with the sport events website as a first main product, the group order website, our new engagement program, our LINE and digital in-store experience. Our main mission is to support the business team delivering best in class digital products and experiences, both for our team members in Decathlon and for sport users and customers.
On our way to becoming a Digital Giant of the sport industry, it has become clear that conceiving, building and deploying digital products delighting our users and making Decathlonians proud has to be on top of our list. Digital products are and will increasingly be core to Decathlon’s value proposition, it has to be a priority for our product team to have full accountability with the results our products are driving.
To make this happen, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager or Lead Product Manager willing to take responsibilities as Group Product Manager in the future. At the heart of DECATHLON Taiwan's Digital teams, you will collaborate with the users of your solution(s), starting with our E-commerce-Marketplace, the Product Managers of the team and of the other domains, the business leaders as well as with the development team (software engineers, external vendors, UX, UI, project manager)
You will contribute to build our E-Commerce/Marketplace Product for the coming years in the current post Product-Market Fit growth phase and will be an actor to make X-commerce the new normal at DECATHLON Taiwan.
PRODUCT VISION & STRATEGY: Building and appropriating the application offering and refining it over time to move the project forward in direct relation to the business challenges.
PRODUCT PERFORMANCE: Define the performance indicators (KPIs) that will make it possible to measure the impact of the work carried out by the team on the project and the value created. These KPIs are fundamental for defining the project objectives and serve as a guide for steering.
PRODUCT DISCOVERY: To be the guarantor of the discovery phase (monitoring, market research, innovation, etc.) which enables the identification of pain points and further research into user needs. You build up the overall user experience, put forward hypotheses that you are responsible for confirming later on by carrying out user tests.
PRODUCT MANAGEMENT: Provide vision and strategy input to the features teams so that they address the right topics. You are responsible for ensuring the consistency of the roadmaps to organize the work of the product teams. To do this, you prioritize the features to be developed according to their added value for the company and time constraints. You also specify their limits and expected performance.
PRODUCT DESIGN: You work closely with the UX and UI skills to identify the people and user paths and make everything smooth and engaging.
Your application is received and examined, and if it is accepted you will be contacted for an initial discussion within a week by video conference.
You will then be offered two interviews minimum: an initial interview with our internal team and a second interview with leaders.
