About this role
We are a rapidly growing cloud consulting provider, with a significant focus on assisting business partners in managing their cloud infrastructure to ensure the smooth operation of all critical business activities. We anticipate the SUP role to excel in its responsibilities while also contributing to the automation of routine tasks within the organization. Responsibilities:
- First-line support for full managed AWS services.
- Primarily responsible for solving customer’s AWS cases through telephone or email. You will apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide tailored solutions for our customers and drive customer interactions by thoughtfully working with customers to dive deep into the root cause of an issue.
- Refine and optimize workflow by introducing new automation tools.
- Solve technical issues by working with SRE and Developer.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Experience of cloud providers such as AWS, Azure and GCP. At least familiar with one field in compute, storage, network or security.
- English reading and writing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to understand and address issues effectively.
- Strong personal knowledge management skill
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Exhibit excellent collaboration skills while working across multiple departments to ensure the overall team achieves common goals.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Demonstrate the ability to quickly adapt to the ever-changing environment and technologies, addressing the fast-paced development of a startup.
Preferred:
- AWS administration skills such as Linux, shell script, python, and terraform.
- Experience in the cloud reseller or MSP industry.
- Ability to communicate in English/Japanese.
