Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day sales operations, including.
  • Sales-related billing consolidation.
  • Sales operations / CRM / contracts.
• Assist in developing a working flow for quantifying and qualifying product/service usage, realized benefits, achievements, opportunities, and next steps. Ensuring sales process adoption and compliance and identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process.
• Build and drive a highly collaborative team environment (own staff, consultancy partners, independent contractors) to deliver the program.
• Supporting the key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business.
• Assist with developing business cases, project proposals, and SOWs for new business opportunity development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or related discipline or above, major in finance, accounting, management, etc. preferred.
• 3 years + partner/channel / SI experience in software or streaming platform. Experience in financial management or supply chain management in large enterprises is preferred.
• Experience in leading, organizing, and motivating project teams.
• Requires understanding of financial, operational, and business needs and mapping these to stream service functionality.
• Being fluent in Japanese would be a plus.
