Job Description

Responsibilities:
* Drive the overall growth, business development, and partnerships with brands.
* Analysing trends and results to determine plans and initiatives by implementing advertising strategies.
* Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current and changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
* Initiate, manage and oversee the execution of marketing strategies and user growth campaigns.
* Be ShopBack’s brand ambassador in the local market.
* Working closely with the General Manager and the regional commercial team to actively plan out strategies for sales growth and expansion.

Requirements

* At least 10 years of experience in sales and business development.
* Strong understanding of the Indonesia eCommerce landscape and consumer trends
* Have experience developing and executing innovative commercial campaigns that drive positive results in the local market.
* Must be comfortable with middle-level negotiations and have relationships with the marketing decision-makers at eCommerce industries, traditional companies, or advertisement agencies.
* Ability to derive and convey actionable insights from research and data.
* Able to think out of the box in conceptualising ideas for brands and merchant acquisition.
* Able to communicate effectively in English to communicate and collaborate with stakeholders regionally.
