▲ What will you do in this role?

• Lead in product planning.
• Conduct market research and competition analysis.
• Collaborate with other teams to analyze and converge product requirements.
• Determine product and feature delivery schedule.
• Work closely with the development team to eliminate uncertainty in design and effectively leverage engineering resources to deliver products and features in quality.
• Introduce products and features to other teams in the frontline facing customers.
• Collect and review feedback relating to product and feature. 

▲ Requirements

• MS/BS in Computer Science or similar field and experience.
• Fluent English writing/reading/speaking/listening skill.
• Technically competent in the areas of IT, Remote Access software and Cloud Service/Security.
• Demonstrated ability in product planning/development/management, including but not limited to feedback or customer requirements analysis, market and competition survey, resource and schedule management.
• Strong communication skills to effectively work across various teams, including but not limited to Engineering, QA, Marketing, Sales, Support, Customer Success Team.

• Prior experience on SaaS product management.
