Business Operations & Marketing Intern 將加入我們的商務團隊，幫助我們執行招募活動、穿梭校園、發想曝光渠道、建立社群連結等等，協助 CakeResume 商務成長！

Responsibilities：

• Plan and grow CakeResume's job-seeking communities 蛋糕找實習 and 求職社 for talents.
• Build strong relationships with students from different backgrounds, and key stakeholders from startups, leading tech companies, accelerator programs, etc.
• Work closely with the CakeResume business team to launch brand awareness programs and introduce CakeResume to potential users on campus or from all over the world.
• Enhance CakeResume’s brand awareness by creating rich content on social media, and generating traffic growth.
• Network with career centers and departments of universities to help connect talents with opportunities.
• Participate in onsite campus recruitment event planning, invite suitable talents to participate, and assist in the implementation of the events.
• Help promote Internship / MA Program / Campus Hire Recruitment Campaigns, and create Recruitment Performance Reports with data analytics tools.

Qualifications

• Critical thinker who is passionate about creating and implementing solutions
  
• Have a passion for turning ideas into reality
• Effective communicator who is clear in putting across thoughts and ideas
• Currently enrolling in a Bachelor’s degree or higher degree program or have graduated less than one year, and is available at least 3 days a week
• Experiences in communications and marketing

• Online Logical Test ( 17 mins )
• Video call ( 30 - 45 mins screening ) - HR
• Advanced video call ( 30 mins ) - Line Manager
• Take-home exercise & review ( 3 Day )
• Onsite interview ( 1.5 hours visiting )

* Please note we prefer interns who can work at least 3 days a week for at least 6 months
