What you will do / 工作內容 合約內容檢查及確認正確性 協助 key in 及整理公司內部既有合約 完成所有合約掃描、分類、歸檔流程 客戶資料更新與維護 信件包裹收件登記以及郵務寄件 團隊午餐晚餐分配協助 客戶帳務處理與追蹤 協助申請政府相關文件

What you will do / 工作內容 建立客戶聯繫資料。 管理海內外客戶的應收帳款。 透過電話/郵件或會議與海內外客戶進行定期追蹤。 在帳務系統中建立海內外客戶聯絡資料。 即時答覆所有有關帳單/發票的書面信函查詢。 定期將任何與系統和或帳款有關的問題告知管理團隊。 提供一致的知識轉移，以確保趨勢和帳款問題得到解決。 維持帳款準確性和完整的紀錄有關帳款的流動。
