- Experience with backend languages specifically Python.
- Experience with databases including Postgresql and MongoDB.
- Experience with ORM and design patterns.
- Experience with UML and marketing requirement communications.
- Experience with RESTful API and WebSocket.
- Experience with Git flow.
- Experience with Flask or FastAPI.
- Experience with Redis and RabbitMQ is an advantage.
- Capable of writing codes in maintainable, high-performance, and reusable styles.
- Presentation skills.
- English proficiency.
- Leadership and responsibility to improve the software.
